Outback has always been my favorite restaurant, but I'm not usually the type to leave a review. After yesterday though I just have to give them all the praise!! My husband, three children, and myself stopped by for lunch yesterday. The hostess was going to seat us at a table which was fine by us, but then my son started crying and going towards the booths. I mentioned to the hostess that he has autism and asked if we could have a booth instead since it was going to be very difficult to get him to sit at the table. She was extremely nice and brought my son a sensory box which even had a PECS kid's menu in it!! That made it so much easier to figure out what he wanted to eat. Our server Ethan was also fabulous! Thank you for the outstanding experience!!

Update 2022:
Back from pandemic leave and this place is just as good. Steaks are on point along with the other protiens like chicken and fish. Thier bread is also a staple and complimentary so make sure to get a loaf of that!
Food was hot and freshly cooked. Steak was perfectly done, med rare.

Food was hot, my order was accurate, and they came out to my car on time. No complaints, Outback does an excellent job when it comes to curbside pickup. The ribeye was accurately cooked (I had med-rare which is kind of tricky) and a medium.
Honestly I don’t know if they got new management or what but lately the place is significantly cleaner and better managed than before. The food has become consistently some of the best of any Outback I have patronized. The prices are affordable and the atmosphere is a good balance of calm yet fun. One of the better restaurants in town (and apparently not done improving every time!) 5 stars.

Jay our waiter is Amazing. My husband and I have not been able to go out in over a year due to money and a car wreck. Jay treated us like family. He made our visit a great one. The managers Jordan and Mason. They came to our table to see if our food was good and if there was anything we needed. We had a great meal and we had a great time.
Me and my wife went on date night and had a wonderful experience at this restaurant in college station. Gabriel opened the doors for us when we arrived and when we left she is very friendly. Our waiter Jay was outstanding. We normally don’t get out much but they did not make us feel unwelcome.. Also Jordan and Mason the managers made us feel welcomed too. They were great. Thank you for the great experience. We recommend people to go here. Plus military veterans, police, firefighters, etc get a 10% discount. They appreciate all of us.

We had a great server - he was enthusiastic and fast. The food was great and it was substantially less crowded than other steak options in the area. The location makes it easy to forget since it’s not in the middle of restaurant row, but we’ve had a good experience at Outback more often than not.
What a nice, clean and hospitable spot. The managers are always welcoming and friendly. Food is always on point.
