I usually love the zinger mountain melt but man tonight it was just lacking all around. Hoping this isn't a trend. Still love this place for football games though!

The food was really good but the food took a long time to come out like 30 mins just for the appetizer! And the place was empty ?‍♀️

The Ale House in Oakwood is the one I visit the most after the one by Oleta River Park closed some time ago. Went for lunch today, came inside the restaurant and waited at least for five minutes before a host came to take me to a table. Food was ordered and when it came the Osso Buco was not hot as expected and the Zingers Mac and cheese was cold, I think that the food was ready fir a while before it was brought to the table. I took only one star on the rating this time just because the server was really attentive and friendly, will update this review when I return.

My experience this go round at the ale house in hollywood, fl was definitely a good one. I ordered take out and encountered restaurant worker Trona who was very pleasant! She seemed so happy and eager to help. She even boasted so much about their famous ice cream, my fiancee and I ended up buying it to take home and try. Its very rare that you come across pleasant people in the food service industry. She works the take out desk and should most definitely ALWAYS be the one that people see and are greeted with upon their initial arrival. Good job Trona. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back and request her if we can. My only complaint is that the chips were not that fresh for my spinach dip. But the dip itself was pretty good.

Very good and attentive service. The food was good but over salted. The prices for steak were really decent.

Simple pickup order, staff on the ball, thanks Sabrina. Food was very good. I'm sure that I'll return and perhaps dine in.

Good service, my dish was delicious, the beer had body, family place, good price, I recommend it and fish and chip I recommend it.

Buen atención, mi platillo estaba rico, la cerveza tenia cuerpo, lugar familiar, buen precio lo recomiendo y fish and chip lo recomiendo.

My favorite location is in Georgia the food is so good. This location wasn't too bad food was good, service exceeded my expectations and the prices are reasonable.

Excellent restaurant and service. The prime rib is amazing.

I haven't been to an "ale house" since the late 90's so I was unsure how they managed their expansion with quality. I'm happy to say the food is still really good and they have a great beer selection. This is definitely a solid sports bar option to watch a game.
