They provide support in dealing with flights and any other special needs, especially if we are arriving earlier at a destination, in helping arrange hotels and tours...They also deal with Viking staff on any booking issues. Certainly, one of the best benefits, is that they credit funds to the cruise, which are for use by the traveler.. Generally, covers the tipping or extra items on a Viking Cruise...

We started with Luxury Cruise Connection in November 2019. We had a cruise booked for February 2021. Naturally Covid hit and when time to cruise there were cancellations. 4 to be exact. JC and others did an exemplary job staying on top of my needs with rebooking. Finally cruised in November 2021. Everything went perfect.
