Izzio Bakery Central Market

They have very very yummy desserts.
And the food is very tasty.
Will be eating their pastries every day if I had the chance.

Seriously just amazing pastries. I knew they would be good but I had no idea how good. I went in the morning for a pistachio Kouign and returned later in the day for a cheesecake. The staff were amazing as well. Just a super impressive operation with very talented pastry chefs and workers.

This is the best bakery in all of Denver hands down!

I think I've ordered almost everything they offer, from savory to sweet, and it has all been life-changing.

The dulce de leche is authentic and not the caramel substitute you see at most other places. The pastries have always been incredibly fresh and tasty.

They even supply the coffee shop down the street from me with their pastries and they're always just as good and fresh!

If you have a sweet tooth or if you're looking for an amazing breakfast, def stop at Izzio!

Passion fruit tart was $7.55 and very fresh and tasty. Definitely no regrets if you're looking for a dessert that isn't ice cream.

We visited here a few years back and it was the best patisserie I’ve had outside of Europe, absolute incredible pastries freshly baked on site with a really varied selection, one of the highlights of our stay in Denver.

The chocolate almond croissant was out of this world. They have a large selection of pastries and are located within the Denver Central Market. It is a fun area to hang out in and I would love to come back and try other pastries.

Was hoping that a small bakery would serve fresh items. Got here when they opened.... Just spent 22.50 (4 items) thinking they would be fresh. Sadly everything is a day old at the least. I'm actually a little surprised a bakery has the nerve to sell day Olds at full price....voodoo does not do that....so as the owner states it is not possible that I was sold older than desired items. However on that day you could have fooled me. Maybe it's possible my items were dried out by some other means. Or maybe the outside of all the items are supposed to be super dry and crumbly. Still tasted very good. But was expecting a softer texture to the outside of items. Witch is what we got the first time we ate here but not the second witch caused my review

Great selection. I found this place on google and was so pleased to have found Central Market and this bakery. The selection was awesome. I got a morning bun, raspberries bun, almond croissant, and a blueberry muffin. Everything was fantastic and the location couldn’t have been better.

The city of Denver is generally not known for its great bakeries, but Izzio is clearly trying to challenge this mistaken assumption, with their diverse menu, attention to detail, and incredibly great pastries and cakes, which borrow from both French and Spanish influences. This cozy little takeaway spot in the Denver Central Market at 27th & Larimer has excellent, hand-crafted artisanal baked goods, along with burritos, chorizo, quinoa, and shawarma cafe items, which makes it a good destination for coffee and croissants, as well as a quick brunch. I've eaten at a lot of gourmet restaurants in my life, and sampled expensive dessert menus in Europe, but I honestly would put Izzio's fresh berry chantilly layer cake on my top 5 list of best cakes of all time. It's so perfectly made that it deserves its own review, but I'm running out of space, so I would say just go down to Izzio and try it for yourself. I highly recommend this place, which thankfully, seems to have also survived the COVID era relatively unscathed. The staff is very friendly, and there is definitely a level of artistry in the cooking that genuinely makes it one of the best bakeries in the Denver area. It's worth the drive even if you don't live in RINO. Looking forward to my next visit! Thanks Izzio!

I have ordered from them on-line 4 times now. I now MUST go in person. The flavors, quality ingredients, visual presentation, and the creativity of their dishes while respecting tradition for tremendous classics makes this bakery stand out from the rest. Words fail me to describe the moments of bliss I've had after biting into their flavor packed bundles of care! You don't know me, and I don't know you, but I can taste that you cared enough to make every piece of this dish a delightful gift. I ordered this when my brother and sister-in-law were visiting, since it had good reviews on Uber Eats. We were beyond ourselves with the flavors, so they made a second order before they left Denver. Then I got COVID and I ordered from here while I recovered. What a treat?! After biting into their eggs Benedict on a croissant I was sure all was well with the world, and that if this was my last meal I would have been glad to be a part of a world that produced such delightful treats as thas dish. I might be exagerating a bit, but only to convey the truth of the experience ??. Thank you, thank you Izzio Bakers and cooks!
