IPI Property Management

I moved into their adams ave 1-bedroom in 2013 and left 2019. The location hands-down is the heart of normal heights neighborhood. aka where Veronica Mars was filmed! Also where and when the adams ave street fair happens annually, it's epic. It's worth it.

The cottage I was in was adorable! All 500ish sqt.ft. Something about having your own four square walls to your own makes it special there. Most units have access to their own front mini-lawn--enough room for a small garden in front. The back of each unit is/was large enough to put a few chairs out with friends to hang. Some even have a bbq back there.

Gated, camera premises with an awesome on-site manager. Neighbors are friendly, and if you're lucky, you may meet Linda. She's the best! And of course don't forget about Mark. He runs the grounds there and is simply fabulous.

Washer and dryer on-site. Parking is on the street, no lot, yet plenty of spots for 2-hour or more instances.

Rent can be paid on-line, or with check I believe. Price range last I heard was way more than the $950 I was paying in 2013. Haha

Move-out was effortless. In fact, they (IPI) were very understanding and willing to work with me.

I want to commend Mojgan Malekpour on her excellent work in handling the rental of a highly desirable apartment in Mission Hills. Sadly I did not get the apartment as there was a large group of applicants, but Mojgan did an exceptional job of guiding groups of applicants through and answering everyone's questions. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind and maintained strong professionalism through what I can only assume was a pretty stressful experience, given the demand for this apartment. I would work with her again anytime!

My fiance and I found our little quiet/spacious spot almost 2 and a half years ago, here in Mission Hills. Ben was super helpful, kind and professional when starting the moving and lease process. Mojgan is extremely quick to answer any question/concern that pops up; whether it's a leak, bug issue, or informing us when maintence is being performed, (even going the length to repair and replace our bathroom when it was needed). IPI has been great to work with- We are super thankful for an amazing landlord, quiet space and responsive/compassionate property management!

Ben was very reassuring and helpful in securing our place as my girlfriend and I moved from LA to SD. Appreciate all his help!

Ben is incredible! Very responsible, communicative, and professional. He has always been extremely responsive, even on weekends, and he has the team/experience to solve any problem or issue that may arise. Highly recommended!

I lived in an IPI property for over a year in San Diego. Ben is a great guy. Super reasonable rent and always responsive with maintenance requests.

The entire team is extremely professional, yet personal when we moved in. Mojgan made us feel right at home and texted back immediately whenever we needed her or had questions. The apartment is fantastic. Definitely recommend them and their properties!

I found my current, cozy dwelling through IPI!  I saw the listing just after there had been a showing, but Ben agreed to make a special trip and showed me the place that very day.  Ben was communicative, responsive & thorough and the whole process was incredibly smooth.  He also went over the lease in great detail which I appreciated.  My last experience with a San Diego property management company was not a great one so working with IPI was a very pleasant surprise! I would use IPI again in a heartbeat.

I am beyond impressed by the responsiveness of this company! No matter what I need, someone always responds quickly and professionally. The rental rates are fair for the market. The units are clean and well kept. Maintenance requests are responded to and completed in a timely manner. The property manager and office staff are friendly and kind and willing to help at all times! Could not ask for a better property management company!!

These apartments are very nice and quiet. It is gated so I feel very safe here. My neighbors are very kind and considerate. They have a few quite places around the complex for reading or to just sit and enjoy the weather. Its located close to all shopping and public transportation very nice location. I highly recommend this place.
