The front desk to the stylist to the end result is a wonderful experience. Ashley at the front desk was so welcoming and Madison is an amazing stylist that I’ve been to for years and does a fantastic job and makes me feel pretty every time! Five star facility for sure

Every time I visit I Am Salon and Day Spa I feel like a VIP. The front desk staff is very friendly and everyone working there is not only knowledgeable in their craft, but eager to help you when you don't exactly know what you want.

I've been in the area for 4 years now and I have tried several stylists in Wilmington and Leland. Neda was fantastic. I had almost given up finding someone in the area who would cut my hair how I liked it but she was amazing. She listened to me, asked questions to better understand, explained her cutting choices, and kept me in the loop the whole time my hair was in her hands. It was the first time in 4 years that when I looked in the mirror when it was over, I didn't have anything else done. It was perfect. Thank you Neda. You are wonderful at what you do. Oh, and the front desk people were very sweet :)

Madison is awesome at cutting my hair. She does a great job and has a warm personality as well. I Am Spa is always inviting and clean too.

I have been following Kimberly Walter around town to get my hair done for two years. She is extremely talented, very patient and always delivers wonderful results. I highly recommend her for highlights, balayage and hair cuts. Even when there is a lapse in visits the color grows out very evenly and beautifully. I Am Salon and Spa is a lovely place and I’m excited to try their other services in the future.

Sunni did my brows - life changing! She is worth the wait (6+ months) and money! I was feeling so good, I decided to get a fresh cut and color while there. Kelly was able to squeeze me in last minute. I felt like I knew her forever and she gave me exactly what I wanted! Even though it was in a pinch she didn’t make me feel rushed. Total professionals! The salon is so cute and I love the items they have for sale. Next up I want to try out the spa and get a massage. Highly recommend! 10/10 ?
