Hele Mai Salon

This salon experience was beyond amazing! My girlfriend & I called hours earlier to book a full set (her) & a pedi (me) .. We were running so far behind schedule, the salon called to check on us & graciously accommodated us without hestitation. The environment was clean, spacious, cool & relaxing. The entire staff treated us like VIPS & provided top notch services, incredibly well trained w/skills & so much personality! The 1st show stopper was made to order complimentary cocktails (1 per person, u because u know we asked for another round) & just when I thought my pedi was coming to an end… HOT STONE MASSAGE & Parrafin… Absolute heaven!! The owner brought my check & it was a nice touch considering it was past closing… CANNOT say enough about this truly wonderful, relaxing, fun & 10 star experience!! Many Thanks to everyone at Hele mai for making us feel like royalty! Will be back soon!!

I don't usually do reviews but wanted to say thank you to Mary & Dee for the great time I had at the Hele Mai Salon, I was in Waikiki to visit family and needed a wax & pedicure. Yes it was a little on the expensive side but it is Waikiki after all! The care and time taken were excellent and I was so happy with what I walked away with

So relaxing, lovely music, great attention to detail with nails. So much time spent preparing the nails and then carefully applying layers of enamel. I'm so glad I came here

100% Worth It! I will say, this was the first time I’ve ever gone to a salon and I have to say… they met and exceeded all expectations I could have had! I even showed up towards the end of their workday and they were still very nice and patient with all they did!

I had a lovely time. The owner is very nice, the service was great, my nails looked amazing and the attention to detail was also incredible. The salon was clean, the music was a great vibe, and I also was served a glass of wine while getting my pedicure. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in Waikiki! Thank you!!!!

Whenever the hubby and I are downtown, we come here and Hele Mai Salon never lets us down. The atmosphere is so soothing and the customer service is wonderful! Every time we get a mani and pedi, it’s always an excellent job, never any complaints from us. We are sad to be moving from the islands because we will miss this treasure!
