Been going here whenever I have a back or muscle issue. They do great work! Got me to quickly bounce back from a wrist injury last winter and have helped me with my back and knees after Ranger school.

Very first visiting, I was not able to walk. Seriously I was in pain due to pregancy. I was not expected to walk after first visit, surprisingly I was able to walk with just a little bit of remain pain which I could walk back home. I am consistently going to this place at least once a week. Thank you for helping me!

Dr. Dave is amazing and helped me with my neck pain not only through chiro/PT but also every day things I can be doing on my own at home which has made a huge difference. When I injured my neck he even followed up to see how I was doing. I couldn’t recommend Harborside more!

You are in very good hands if you choose to be here. I have been seeing the doctor for my neck pain which stems from my long hours of working on laptop. I saw improvement right after my first visit and make sure to regularly follow the routines to work on my posture. Very professional and they squeezed me in on a Friday despite being booked. That’s the kind of experience which makes all the difference.

When i started coming here i was in EXTREME pain, standing & even walking, now its getting so much better i even went to a concert this past weekend. I suggest anyone with back/hip pain like me COME GET YOUR PAIN FIXED !!! I might just keep coming for maintenance lol
