Customer service is awesome Marie at the Capital Plaza location is amazing and will never go anywhere else, unless Marie does!
In the past I have always used H&R Block, but this year I was helped by Ms. Tonya Townsend and she was so helpful in explaining information on and about my taxes that I will definitely be back next year.
Every time I have my taxes done with Ms. Marie she is always very kind and gives great guidance. And I think she actually remembers me even though I only see her once a year. Its so nice to have an tax prepare that is understanding and consistent. Very happy with the services every year.
My tax professional was thorough and so informative. She was patient and kind during the entire process.
I've worked with H&R Block since 2015 and they've done me well thank you my Block. See you next year.
The person who helped me with my Incometax was very patient, answered all my questions and gave me some advise. The lady that does our taxes & has for a few years is so nice. Talks to us like we are part of her family. I cannot find her card, so I don't know her name. Maybe starts with N, but I could be wrong. Anyway, we have appt for next year with her.
KC got me way more than I could have by myself online. He was very kind, patient, and understanding. I will definitely come back to him next year. Highly recommend! He made everything extremely easy!!
