I adored working with Ms. Loyce of Grace Bridal Couture when it came time to make alterations to my wedding dress. I was fortunate to call her about 9 months out from the wedding and get on her schedule for the following year. She was absolutely worth it, and worth driving down from Santa Barbara for. Ms. Loyce had her work cut out for her, re-ruching a relatively unforgiving fabric and lining of the bodice, at a zipper, all of which she did by hand. She also provided very helpful recommendations for undergarments, as well as so much kindness and words of confidence. Thank you again Ms. Loyce <3

Loyce made my dreams comes true and made me feel like a Carrie Bradshaw! During this dress fitting process, I feel as though I had a friend, whose opinions I valued and knew I could trust. Loyce is cool, fashion forward, friendly and professional -- she knows her stuff! I'm glad I made it onto her schedule for 2022 because it does fill up and that just goes to show you how freakin' good she is! For my Lazaro dress, she shortened it, added an English bustle, altered the top so that it fit me like a glove and took the initiative to add her creative touches to elevate the dress! Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Loyce. She took the time out of her busy schedule to help me with my dogs flower girl dress - she altered the dress to fit my pleasantly plump chihuahua, Mochi. I had had a custom cathedral veil made by Loyce which was so elegant and had the right amount of rhinestones randomly placed on the veil and blusher. Loyce was a major component in making my wedding day the best day of my life and she hands down met all expectations.

I spoke with Loyce at Grace Bridal Couture, and although she didn't have availability to make my dress since my wedding is coming up soon, she gave me some really valuable advice and guidance on how to start the process of getting a custom-made dress! Miss Loyce is a magician! I got married during the pandemic so I had two events: one traditional family wedding and one destination reception for friends. Miss Loyce took two super large sample sized dresses and tailored them down to fit my petit body like a glove. She gives you her honest opinion and only wants you to look your bests. I could not recommend her more and she was by far my favorite vendor.

Ms. Loyce at Grace Bridal Couture is incredible. We had a short engagement period and a cross-country wedding. Throughout the wedding planning process, my dress fittings with Ms. Loyce were my favorite part. It felt like the stresses of wedding planning would melt away for the hour I was with her.

Ms. Loyce cares so much about each of her brides. She takes pride in the work she does and wants each bride to look and feel beautiful and incredible. She puts so much time, care, and effort into her work.

Ms. Loyce fitted my dress and made a gorgeous yoke for my strapless wedding gown from BHLDN. She even added the sweetest details to the dress - it felt so special. Ms. Loyce also made a custom veil, to match my dress perfectly. She not only altered my dress, but was a true design consultant for other things I needed - how to I wear my veil? What style veil? How to I transport my wedding dress cross-country in the best way?

She also gave such thoughtful and sweet advice to my fiance and I about things that would help our wedding day be that much more special.

I was so lucky to get to work with Mrs. Loyce. She had a full schedule due to last years weddings being rescheduled and she still took the time to work with me and she did an incredible job. I needed alterations on a very intricate wedding dress filled with beads and such and she did a phenomenal job. I always felt so taken care of. She is such an amazing human to top it all off! Everything she says about being a bride and weddings is all true so pay attention. And she really gives you life lesson gems about marriage. Just an overall beautiful experience.

JOB WELL DONE! I had got a custom George Elsissa dress from Australia that really needed to be tailored because of my petite frame and I was worried taking it to just anyone because of the hand beaded material and I wasn’t sure about the skill level in the US but Grace Bridal Couture put my anxiety at ease. She did a fabulous job on reconstructing the sides of the dress and fixing it to where my small breasts were not popping out. Loyce is very sweet and professional and definitely was a joy to work with. If you have a high end couture wedding dress you need tailored look no further! Grace Bridal Couture is it! She also made me a custom veil! She’s awesome.

Getting married during a pandemic is stressful to say the least, but if you have Loyce by your side, it can really feel like a breeze. I was recommended by BHLDN - and she was the only alteration spot that had such stellar reviews, so I needed to see for myself!
Loyce was bright and responsive when we first discussed over email my hopes for my dress. My only worry was that months (and a pandemic) went by between my first and second alteration- I didn't know if that was appropriate, but Loyce was prepared to make all the alterations I needed at a reasonable price, with a custom veil and belt included to boot! She made her own recommendations very clear which I appreciated as a first-time bride.
Not only this, but when I decided to add a second dress very last minute for my first look- which needed MANY more alterations - Loyce was more than prepared to come to my rescue. She made the petticoat removable, lightened the layers underneath, and hooked it so that the slim fitting dress underneath could be shown off more from the front. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am by her skill and her vision for a dress. She can really transform something.
For a regular alteration with hemming and gown top closures or a bustle, there might a few places in Los Angeles on par with Grace Bridal Couture. But Loyce really shines in making the dress of your dreams from something off-the-rack. You can't go wrong if you put your dress in her hands!

To say Loyce is a master at her craft is an understatement! She goes above and beyond for her brides making sure the dress looks it's absolute best. She could have easily just hemmed and taken in the bodice but instead she reworked the dress she took the lace from the bottom to help with the bodice. Turning my dress from a factory dress into a one of a kind! Through her incredible creativity and her drive my dress went from pretty to incredible!

She has an amazing personality and is beyond kind!! She was quick to respond to emails and questions. Her pricing is incredibly reasonable and I am so lucky to have found her! I recommend contacting her in advance because she does book up!!

I was initially hesitant because I couldn't believe that anyone could have that good of ratings. But I was wrong!! She truly deserves all the five star reviews. You will not regret the decision to work with her!!!!

I was quite lucky to find Loyce to help with my BHLDN wedding dress alteration! The gorgeous beaded gown I found was way too long for me and way too complicated to alter but not for Loyce! She spent days hand sewing back my train after resizing it because the beads were too delicate for machine sewing. She made the dress felt like it was custom-made for me. I felt like a princess on my big day all thanks to Loyce! She also helped me with a custom-made hand-beaded veil to go with my dress. Thank you Loyce for all your hard work!
