Good Life Property Management

We’ve had a great experience with Good Life Property Management so far from viewing to signing the lease! On the day of our viewing, there was an issue with the automated code for the lockbox. We called and Claudia promptly helped us with the code so we were able to view the property on time.

After applying for the rental property, Taji patiently worked with us to get the lease requirements completed. She was very patient and responsive which we really appreciate!!

I really like that this company has online portals from viewings, applications, and tenant managment. I would definitely recommend them and would work with Taji again if I could! Thank you!

My family and I are new to GLPM. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their processing procedures are user friendly and their staff is kind and efficient. I feel they favor both side of the renting world. They respond quickly and are very good at communicating while also fair. I'm very grateful wr found them. Natalie is whom I've personally been working with and she is a delight, although I've not met her in person, I feel like I have through our email and phone call communication. We are very pleased. Highly recommend, especially to new landlords. Great professionalism and communication. This is our first time renting out anything at all, and we had no idea how to go about getting the place ready. The task was daunting and stressful. However, GoodLife quickly came to the rescue. From the first communication and onward, Good Life provided great advice and followed through on everything.
