Our Craftsman garage door opener Model 41A5021-3C is 24 years old and while functional using wired openers was unable to be programed anymore using openers in two different cars as well as a wireless key pad opener. My husband ordered a new logic board from Gate Openers Unlimited and received it via FedEx in three days. As expected the mounting board would not fit on our garage door opener. No big deal since the new logic board was identical to our old-bad one. The logic boards are held to the mounting board by five easily removed screws so in about five minutes the bad logic board was replaced by the new logic board on our original mounting board. Entire project took my husband less than an hour and was $48 cheaper than buying a new-equivalent-garage-door opener that would have required driving to Lowes or Home Depot to get it, then unbolting and removing the old unit and installing the new one.

Gate Openers Unlimited had tons of choices, and I was able to find the keypad I thought I needed. I bought it, it was delivered very quickly but when I went to install it, I could not make it work. I reached out the next day to Arthur, and he responded immediately and helped me select the correct keypad which I then ordered. It arrived two days later and I installed it perfectly the same day. Without Arthur's help, there's no way I could have done this. Five star review is not enough for the personal and prompt and most importantly, correct answer I received in this matter .thank you!!!

Affirming what most reviewers have experienced, that Gate Openers Unlimited expedites parts quickly, ones you needed yesterday in most cases, and at a reasonable price. My Chamberlain LiftMaster OEM receiver logic board for my defective garage door opener, installed this morning and now working efficiently, bears evidence to the fact that even a less than confident homeowner can surprise himself following straightforward, printed instructions. I ordered a Genie PCB (circuit card) for a Model 2028 garage door operator on Genie’s website. I waited a week and never received an email saying it was shipped. I sent an email to Genie requesting a status on my order only to find out the PCB was on back order, even though their website says it’s in stock. I canceled the order with Genie’s website and eventually found the PCB in stock on Gate Opener’s Unlimited website. Standard Shipping was free, but I chose FEDEX Ground ($15 extra) because I need the PCB as soon as possible (wasted a whole week waiting on Genie’s website to deliver my order, to no avail). Their website has no way for customers to track their order status……doesn’t exist….unbelievable way of doing e-commerce. After purchasing on Gate Openers Unlimited website, I received an email within an hour saying it was being shipped and was provided with a tracking number. Outstanding company and service. I’m only taking time to fill this out because they deserve the feedback, especially after my unfortunate experience with ordering from Genie’s website. Will definitely be buying here again.
