Hire this team… trust me! Amazing job! Jose and Carlos were awesome to work with. I had multiple bids and they actually came in higher than another company. I went with FCI because Jose has integrity and I could tell I could trust him. Boy did I make the right call. There are always things that can go awry that are beyond your control with a project especially nowadays with supply chain issues. Jose is a true professional who went above and beyond to help bring our project to completion. Carlos is a floor artist- a true master. Floors are expensive- I can’t recommend this business enough for this type of home investment!

Jose came in and estimated our flooring install, then had Carlos install it.

We recently had FCI Carmichael install new wood floors in our master bedroom. They assisted with moving furniture, tore out all the old carpet, fixed any problems with the base level and did an excellent installation. The whole process from beginning to end was completed in a day. They were easy to work with and provided excellent communication.

Floor Coverings did a great job for us with wood and tile floors. Cleaned up after the job was complete. Installer kept the schedule on track.

This small, franchised company has a team of 4 very dedicated personnel who sincerely want to make your new floor experience exceptional. From the first call to the office manager, Jennifer, to the sales call from Melissa to the personable installer, it was all top notch. Jennifer set up the initial meeting with Melissa, who then gave me time and patience while I tried to figure out what material and which rooms I wanted done. Melissas has a great designer background, and it showed. The floor installer, Carlos, laid the flooring using care and precision. He was amazing! The floor looks flawless. Melissa came out again on installation day along with the contractor, Jose, and Carlos to ensure a smooth kick off. Three rooms and a hallway were completed in under 2 days. Melissa came back one more time for pictures! Everyone who sees my flooring has great comments, and a few friends wish they had known about Floor Coverings International before they did their projects. I would highly recommend this professional team of 4, and all the individual talent they bring to the project!

Excellent service and completed work! Mr. Jose Elias came to our home with carpet samples and spent time answering questions and helping us decide on the best carpet for our stairway. He worked around our schedules and showed up with the technician on install day. A few weeks later, Mr. Elias visited to check in. So appreciative!
