I was a long time client of this establishment. The owner terminated my gym membership, admitted that he owes me $1,645 for prepaid services, but claims he cannot afford to pay (after repeatedly telling me the check was in the mail).


Excellent facility for personalized and private training. The small size provides a great experience and community-feeling among trainers and clients. Very happy with my overall experience and the only reason I am not still there is the fact that i am moving out of town. Overall great communication with the trainers, that provided a diverse set of training regimes depending on their clients' goals - special shout-out to Rich, who was very well-versed and a pleasure to work-out with. Gio has done a great job with the place - highly recommend!


Incredibly friendly and devoted staff. They are accommodating of all schedules and physical restrictions. By far the best gym I've ever attended.


cramped and usually blaring terrible music. Hardly enough room to move around machines. Personal training consists of them telling you an exercise then chatting with their buddies.

Convoluted payment scheme requiring year long contracts that auto renew if not canceled a week before it’s up. That’s right the year long contract auto renews for another year if not canceled in time. Unless of course you cough up hundreds of dollars for the cancelation fee.

The couple of Peking spots close to the gym are usually taken up by the owners so I hope you don’t mind walking a couple blocks to get in.

Shower doesn’t have hot water, if you can even get to use it.

From my initial assessment to my final days there it was a great experience for me. All of the trainers are a pleasure to work with. My main trainer was Rich. He is a great guys and knows his stuff (they all do). All of the equipment is maintained. The gym and bathrooms are always clean. While there I lost 17lbs of body fat and gained some muscle. I gave FF 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: 1. When they are busy, the trainers have multiple people to train @ a time and they kind of lose focus on you. You no longer have their full attention. This can be a bad thing if you are a beginner in fitness, but if you are experience this may not bother you as much. 2. I wish they had some sort of meal plan or more guidance in the nutrition area. You can train all the time, but you will not see results if you do not eat right. Overall it was a great experience! And plus the In-Body machine that they have is great! It gives you a breakdown of your body composition. You get to take your In-Body assessment about once a month.

I really do enjoy my time spent at Fierce Fitness and still come back every Summer in between semesters to workout. From yoga to bodybuilding I've seen a definite increase in my definition, muscle mass and flexibility.


Fierce Fitness is everything I was looking for and more! Gio is extremely helpful and knowledgable about fitness and nutrition without being overbearing and is someone who really loves what he does. Prior to coming to Fierce I had absolutely no background in strength training or weight lifting and I really felt like I needed someone who could show me in detail proper form and good technique, which is exactly what Gio has done for me. I’m only about two months into my journey but I have already gained muscle, revamped my diet, and learned so much in the process!
