I have had great experiences working with Tina at FaceFirst. She is very professional and does a great job with microneedling.

I wanted to wait to leave a review until I was far out enough post op to really see results. I am currently post op 6 months and I love my results. I had previously gotten a septoplasty from a different surgeon and requested he change the shape of my nose during it. He did not and there was absolutely no difference. Dr Cote promised me that wouldn’t be the case after a rhinoplasty with him and he definitely delivered. He listened to exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be more pleased with my nose.

I felt he was competitively priced with other surgeons in the Denver area. His office offered 0% financing for a year, I already paid it off and it was nice to have the option to make smaller payments.

Recovery was tough but mostly because I swelled so much and had a bad reaction to the antibiotics I was sent home with. This was obviously no fault of Dr Cotes but when I had the reaction I was able to reach him after hours on a weekend and we worked out a plan that worked for me. I really appreciated his availability after my surgery. He also gave me some cortisone shots in my nose to help swelling subside more quickly.

I would do it all over again for my new profile. I love the results and I thought Dr Cote and his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with!

I recently had a consultation with FacesFirst of Denver for a deviated septum of which occurred from a cleft palate I had at birth. Although I was initially quite nervous before arriving at the center, they immediately calmed my nerves with both their professionalism and knowledge of what is to be expected throughout the entirety of the process. Before I made the decision to go with Dr. Cote as my surgeon for a revision rhinoplasty, I was booked and ready to go with another surgeon (let’s just say it didn't feel right). Once I met with Dr. Cote I knew he was the one. He is great at what he does, an artist! He corrected all the things I wanted corrected, so I am very pleased with the result.

For the revision rhinoplasty I needed a rib graft (my own rib was used, and Dr. Cote did an amazing job with that process as well). I will warn anybody getting a nose job that when the cast is removed, and for months onward you will go through a whirlwind of emotions. Your nose changes so much as it heals. I am 4 months post op and my nostrils and tip are still changing. Everything looks great and has evened out from when I first got the cast off.

I highly recommend Dr. Cote and to trust him with the process. All the staff at the office is amazing as well! Thanks to Julie for always being helpful with all the questions I had.

Dr. Picerno is the best. She is an amazing doctor. She listens, and ask questions and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. P.

Dr. Picerno did a fabulous job with my neck lift! Dr. Picerno and her staff are very professional as well as sensitive to the needs of her patients. They helped my husband understand how he could help with my recovery. Overall, a great experience.

Dr. Cote was my top choice after going to 3 other surgeons who didn't listen to my needs or see my vision for a mini-facelift. It took me several visits to gain confidence in the procedure, but Dr. Cote was kind, patient, and obviously knowledgeable about what I wanted done. He promised subtlety, and he delivered. The surgery itself was under local anesthesia, and he did a combination of skin tightening, renuvion plasma lift, and lipo for under chin fat. The procedure was painless, and the scars around my ears have disappeared after 3 months. I had some significant swelling and "freaking out" moments over Christmas break as I healed. Exactly 90 days later, I look 10 years younger at least. Dr. Cote is brilliant, honest, and skilled doctor who has the experienced eye of an artist. Thank you Dr. Cote for being a true innovator and beauty creator! I will refer my friends!

Dr Picerno is the most competent, artistic, trustworthy and skilled doctor. I feel renewed and beautified and transformed after her treatments. I couldn’t recommend her for a facial pick me up more highly.

I first was seen by Dr. Picerno for the removal of a mole on my face. She and her staff made the procedure so quick and simple for me. I was nervous because it was in my face but there is virtually no scar!!! No one would ever know that anything had been there!!!
I’ve since been back for some Botox and preventative care. Just as before, her staff has been incredibly welcoming. Also, Dr. P has a way of listening to you and knowing exactly what you need!

Dr Picerno is amazing! I had a couple proceedures focused on my eyes. People noticed something but could put a finger on it. I continue to be asked "What's different?" 'Did you do something different with your hair?" I was even told I looked taller.

After my eye procedures, when I looked in the mirror I couldn't take my eyes off my prominent smile lines. Dr. Picerno had a great solution and the quick procedure gave me immediate results!

I feel like my face is 10 years younger than it was 4 months ago! Thank you Dr. Picerno, Kerry and the team at Faces First!!!
