Best wax experience ever thanks to Saray. I seriously could not be happier with the how it went and how it turned out. I didn’t even know a Brazilian could feel that painless! She made me feel so comfortable right from the start. And Malibu at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Truly a 10/10 experience all around. This is my go to place from now on.

Today was my second time having a wax with Dominique and she was amazing. Easy and relaxed process. The front desk staff was also great. Malibu was very knowledgeable about the products used for after care and the packages the center offers.

I just went to EWC for the first time last night after months of sugaring, and I will only be getting waxxed from now on. The rumors are not true- waxing is MUCH less painful! Saray was so quick and efficient and Malibu at the front desk made checking in and out easy! I’ll be back soon!

The customer service is excellent. Malibu in specific .. always respectful and calm.. my Speaclist, Saray, is gentle and talks to the client the whole process. Great location !

I’ve had Brazilians done somewhere else and didn’t care for the customer service there. I came here because the location was convenient and I requested Saray based off of other reviews and I don’t regret it one bit. Saray talks to you throughout the whole process and makes everything a lot less painful and makes you feel comfortable. Saray is a perfectionist!

I experienced my first Brazilian wax at the South Loop location. Shania, the receptionist, helped check me in. She was friendly and helped answer my questions during check out. Gisselle was my wax specialist. She was professional, created an environment for me to feel comfortable in, and guided me through the process. Thank you for helping me have a comfortable first time experience. I highly recommend ??

Omg where do I start!? I went in for a Brazilian wax today with full legs… Kai was absolutely amazing! She was gentle, patient, and sweet as pie. We talked and laughed the entire time. At the start I was extremely nervous being that this was my first time having a wax. Kai made the entire process so smooth and comfortable. The entire process was very therapeutic and not to painful. I will be booking with Kai every 4 weeks from here on out!

Saray was amazing! She took her time to get off my hair and the front desk was amazing and very engaging! Will be back for sure!

Have done appointments with both Saray and Brittany. They are both pleasant to talk to and do a good job! It can be difficult to get appointments in the spring & summer so book in advance.

I love a Malibu She’s Great! Very professional and nice knows how to make you smile for sure. Great receptionist!!
