Cutest shop ever and lovely customer service. I have to share this because it tickles me and hope the shop appreciates it also. I bought a lovely birthday balloon bouquet in November and they did a fantastic job curating matching colors and lining the strings up just right. The birthday balloon bouquet recipient told me that as of this morning (March), the one Mylar balloon from her balloon bouquet finally sunk to the floor. She absolutely adored the bouquet and as a scientist, she and her engineer husband wanted to experiment and see how long the balloons would last. Well, the last balloon floated through 2 other birthdays and the verdict is 4 months! Now I can say Emerson Sloan has long lasting quality balloons too! :-)

Emerson Sloan saves me time and time again for themed/holiday specific gifts to general fun and quality items for myself and others. My daughter loves it, my mom loves it and obviously I do too. Great for all! And the best balloons and party-ware of course!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! So many adorable things to choose from. It is in the pricey side but the materials looks very sturdy and worth it. They have a selection of everything from balloons to plates to napkins.

I have been a LONG time customer of Emerson Sloan. Since they opened in a smaller space in Rice Village many years ago. They are my GO TO party stop. Every time I want a wow factor at any gathering, they are my first stop. And at every party that I host, I always get asked where my products come from. From unique paper products, balloons to candles, it is not your run of the mill...these are quality, cheeky and beautiful party products. Recently, I went in for a beautiful runner that was out of stock at their Rice Village store. They went out of the way to find it at their other store and hold it for me. It's service + quality products that make the difference.

I just walked in asking for gift wrap and cards, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful, beyond my expectations. They made sure I got all I need in no time. Special thanks to Courtney!
