Best Small auto shop n town. They just treat you right and do only the work needed with professionaism, integrity and reliability.
They serviced my Audi, which included repairing the air conditioner. Service was much better than Audi’s and they were transparent about all the work. Tom is is the best!
Pacman? I am in.
Coffee machine? Yes they got it. Kuerig. Its ok
Waiting area? Quite clean and pleasant
Customer service? A very polite gentleman. Gave me honest tips on how to maintain my car. I really appreciate it.

Dragonfly Auto is excellent. They are straight shooters and will recommend, but not pressure you into any service that may or may not be needed. Tom was great as he explained the possibility of transmission work, but said it wasn't absolutely necessary. I had an issue that I mentioned upon leaving and Tom gave me the name and # of a specialist at VW. That was very nice and shows he really cared about me and my car. They took a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change, so the price was great! Either way, excellent customer service and communication is why I would definitely return here. Thank you!
Got to meet TOM. What a go getter. Not only handled paper work, Warranty communication, but boots on the ground activity.. Honesty and hard work under pressure must be Dragonfly's motto. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Fair pricing and saved me a ton..Thanks guys....
