When I became interested in a neck lift, I made appts for consultations with 3 doctors. Dr Fortes was the 2nd and last doctor I met. After meeting with Dr Fortes and Amber, I decided Dr Fortes was the one. Dr Fortes did a full facelift, brow and neck lift with upper and lower Blepharoplasty. I don’t tell many people so all I hear from friends is, “you look great”! Not one person has asked if I had anything done which is a testament to the goal of looking refreshed and natural.

Dr Fortes provided all the necessary vitamins, prescriptions with a tote bag that had bandages, creams etc to assist in achieving the best outcome. I felt very well taken care of as I expected to feel.

He is very knowledgeable and won’t do “too much”. His goal (as well as mine) was to have a natural and refreshed look while doing everything with safety as a priority. Dr Fortes is honest and doesn’t promise anything that won’t happen. He did a great job of managing my expectations. Everything has turned out better than I hoped and expected.

With Dr Fortes and his staff, I was always comforted in knowing that everything I was going thru was “normal” and part of the healing process. I was constantly reassured which was very helpful in minimizing my anxiety.

I did everything as advised with after care. As advised, I purchased a series of ThermiSmooth treatments and have been very pleased with the treatments and outcome. I also started using the Alastin skincare line from the Spa and am very happy with the product line.

Even if you live in Houston, I suggest staying in the recovery center at ACPS overnight after your surgery unless it is minor surgery.

I was very happy with all aspects of my experience with Dr. Fortes and his staff. He took the time to review all surgery options and was kind and patient in answering all my questions. The nurse who came to my home the day after surgery was very sweet. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and highly recommend him.

Many years went by thinking that I wanted to get a tummy tuck until one day I decided and my daughter and I started the search for a good experienced surgeon and most importantly that he spoke my language we saw several but I was not very convinced until we found Dr. Fortes. A very kind, educated person but above all with a lot of experience. On the day of the surgery I was a little nervous but the staff and the doctor gave me that confidence to move forward because it was seen that everyone had a high knowledge of what they were doing and not to mention the personal treatment, those of the staff that are very friendly. I am 61 years old. Dr. Paul fortes, has preformed several surgeries on me .breast, body lift, Lipo etc. I feel like my body looks better than when I was in my twenties. He takes time with each patient and explains what to expect. I recommend my friends to him. He will be the the plastic surgeon I use if I decide to do a face lift in the future. My husband is also very pleased with the results ?

Dr. Fortes had his work cut out when it came to my case. Both of my breasts had severe capsular contracture. They were hard as rocks and asymmetrical. My original augmentation had been done nearly 30 years prior--this surgery was long overdue. Removing the capsules, old implants and scar tissue would be a difficult, tedious process. After the removal, he added new implants. They are now soft, natural and beautiful. I opted to include a tummy tuck plus lipo for a full body makeover, and I am glad I did! I am only 3.5 weeks post op and I love my new youthful hourglass shape.

I met with two other top rated surgeons before my consultation with Dr. Fortes. After only a few minutes, I knew he was the doctor for me. He was in no rush and completely patient with me as we discussed my case and my options. I appreciated his knowledge, candor and guidance and I was confident because of his double board certified status. And he has a great smile; warm and kind.

The entire process has been seamless. His coordinator, Amber, has been cheerful, expeditious and super quick to respond. His comprehensive approach includes a natural regimen of vitamins as well as oral arnica. Optimizing the health of the body is important for healing. I have visited his Town and Country and Post Oak locations--both are lovely and immaculate.

I understand he is also a skilled surgeon with wonderful outcomes when it comes to facial procedures. I am elated to have begun a relationship with Dr. Fortes. He will be my plastic surgeon for life.
