Wonderful experience with both Drs. Iida and Kamemoto. They both listened to my issues and concerns and were very patient and understanding. I've worn glasses since age 12 (over 35 years) and they are the best optometrists by far.
I was happy with my experience at Dr. Kathy Iida. Both she and her staff were very personable, professional, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kathy to friends and family.

Today was my very first complete Eye Exam at Lens Crafters Kahala. The staff here exhibits Excellent Customer Service. Dr. Kathy Lida explained each and every step taken, and made me feel very relaxed during my examination.
Everything went A OK and therefore my next eye exam will be sometime next year. Please feel free to give them a call and schedule an appointment. I guarantee you will be very pleased.

Our visit for a prescription glasses went very smoothly. the eye and vision exam was very thorough and the doctor provided a very easy to understand Explanation. We were able to get our classrooms and lunches order going and will pick it up in 1 to 2 weeks. Extremely satisfied and pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the entire experience was
Dr. Kathy is very kind and takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns. She does a great job of explaining how your eyes are responding/aging and I highly recommend her.
I was seen by Dr. Kamemoto but the entire group is always efficient and professional. The quality of service is always excellent.
