What an experience! We LOVE to dine at the bar and we were blessed to have Daisy as our bartender/server. What a compliment to the excellent food she was. We ask her to recommend every course and she did not disappoint. Food fresh, flavorful, served at perfection and then to have Daisy to make our experience all the better. We will make a point of coming back.
Be ready to spend big bucks for breathtaking cuts of meat, beautiful accompanied sides, and truly stellar service.
Our party of 4 ordered the $210 38oz 45-Day-Aged Prime Tomahawk Ribeye steak, with Foie Gras, Whipped Potatoes, and Broccolini. I also added an $80 2oz pour of Bruichladdie Octomore 7.4, which was a very nice find. Our server had the General Manager bring out my whiskey, as he could tell finding this Islay meant quite a lot to me.
Overall a beautiful experience with thoughtful service and top-notch fine dining Steakhouse fare.
Great ambience I love the oysters, we had the sea bass, we had the crab cakes. Unfortunately my pictures are on another phone and I cannot get to this platform if it's not on my Android.
Great place with 4 pools. One of the pools is a kids pool. They have 5 restaurants in this location. The rooms look at the ocean and the bay. It's a laid back environment and the service is great.
Sebastian was absolutely phenomenal…we started with crab cakes and the snapper crudo to which he suggested the octopus since we enjoyed the 1st too starters. Words truly cannot describe how amazing the entire meal was and the service was superior! Sebastian and Fabian were fantastic making the entire experience completely amazing. The Australian wagyu filet mignon will make you cry from complete disbelief a meat can taste that savory! I don’t know what else to say to convince others to make sure this restaurant is on their list of top restaurants!
Birthday Weekend on 5/14/2022. Hubby surprised me with a 1 night stay from Saturday to Sunday. The weekend was beautiful and the Oceanview Front on the 17th floor was spectacular. Hotel was clean, the service was excellent the staff was Super Friendly and up beat. The only thing I will criticize is that the seats/couches needed more PILLOWS!!!! I felt everywhere we sat more pillows were needed as support, for the butt & back even inside the Hotels Lobby. I did enjoy seeing the different people from all over the world hanging out in the lobby. Some were enjoying there drinks, and some people where just working on there laptops. But I did have a beautiful weekend. My husband also booked reservations at "The Diplomate Prime Steakhouse" and the food was excellent! The next day we enjoyed a day at the beach and the water was so warm and no seaweed, nice soft waves coming in. I had a wonderful time. My husband also added a SPA hot stone massage that was excellent. Thank you Ms. Tiki & Ms. Josephine for a wonderful experience. The massage I had was also overlooking the Ocean with soft earthly sounds that was very relaxing. This was a wonderful Mothers Day GetAway!!! Tony & Maria
We went on mothers day. The food was good and the staff was knowledgeable with the menu. If you are having dessert the Creme Brulee is a must try.

Butter poached lobster with lobster risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted.

This steakhouse is simply amazing!
The service is always great and food is amazing.
The wine selection is quiet large and amazing labels.
I have had their Japanese A5 Kobe three times and it has always been delicious and cooked to perfection.
Their Lobster Mac & Cheese, the octopus appetizer and their truffled mash potato are to die for.
I recommend this place 100%
