Great selection of beers, and they have frozen cider too. They also have a selection of some food, and the prices are fair. Since it's outside it's nice that they have shades that move as well as misters, so it can cut the heat pretty well.
We came across this place just out and about, ordered drinks and food to go for my friend. I didn't see vegan friendly options on the menu so no food for me.
The waffle sandwich was amazing, potato salad was great and the Happy hour price was fantastic ?
Their pretzel with cheese and mustard was the best I've ever had.?
The Starburst drink is a nice refreshing summer drink. The German sausage is the best in town. Staff is always happy and fun.
We loved this place. Went on a Saturday night, was hard to find seats in the long tables shared outside, but was worth it. The food is simple, but authentic, without the American "sweet" style (e.g. great sausages), lots of draft beers. Kids friendly with games as bean gag toss or table tennis (although the slope is insane). Service was super friendly and efficient.
I enjoy coming here for a German beer. I usually order a Hefeweizen, a Dunkel or something like that. Also a bratwurst with curry fries, which reminds me of Frankfurt. Great atmosphere too.

Delicious mustard dogs had the perfect snap on a soft but sturdy German bun. Yummy soft pretzel with swirled mustard and beer cheese dips. Battered and crispy fries were good too. Good hefeweißen and classic biergarten feel equipped with shady awnings with long benches and greenery.
Great place, great selection of beers, but two starts because sac brew bike gets to cut in line. You could be waiting 10 minutes in line, but if a brew bike group comes in, they get served before you.
I came here on Saturday night (5/21) and it was a bit crowded (Sacramento state graduated that day so could explain the large crowd). You order at the window up front and it's open seating. You often get your beer right when you order but wait for the food. The food is really good and I often skip the Sauerkraut because it tends to be very strong. I ordered a pomegranate sour which was pomegranate beer on the top half and ginger beer on the bottom and I have to say it was my FAVORITE. Over all, my favorite beer garden.
