Needed a gas line shut off valve installed. Called and got same day service. Technician Ben was efficient, professional, and friendly.
This company is very responsive and easy to communicate with. My central air needed repairs & a service provider was sent over the next morning after I called. Sebastian was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He made all the necessary repairs, explained everything as he went, and everything is working well now. Thank you so much, Sebastian! So happy I called! Highly recommend.
Brandon thoroughly inspected my boiler and answered all my questions about maintenance and cleaning. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and got along very well with my dog.
My basement drain backed up all over my floor at 6pm I called a different plumber at first and after making me wait he called and canceled on me last minute. I called crisafulli and in a few minutes Corey was calling me back to tell me he was on his way to help me at almost 730 pm. He arrived super quick and unclothed my drain. Corey was so friendly, efficient and was able to offer advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future. I will for sure be scheduling with crisafulli again for preventative maintenance and cleaning. I would highly recommend them and specifically Corey to anyone .
Omar serviced our hot water tank, boiler & A/C. His middle name should be ‘customer service’ - he was respectful, patient, and VERY efficient. I highly recommend this business and want to thank Omar—GREAT job!

Again, I am very pleased with Crisafulli’s maintenance team. Zach was EXTREMELY polite and efficient. His customer service skills are superb! Thank you Zach!
They were pretty fast with installing new unit and it’s been running fine. Removing one star because it takes 9 months to get the national grid rebate that Crisafulli was helping to apply. I had to call many times to find out who is responsible for the rebate and provide more info even no one reach out to me saying more documentation was needed. After sale service is kinda lacking.
Good, but very expensive. I was happy with the installer and the installation (new toilet.) I have found another company that is more affordable.
The work performed by Crisafulli staff was outstanding. We had a new circuit breaker box installed and a new AC system. everything was done in a very professional manner by competent, caring staff members who were enjoyable to have around.
I have come to rely on Crisafulli Bros for all my plumbing needs including total rehab of a small bathroom. Always "a job well done."
Michael Saccocio did a fantastic and thorough job to fix my electrical problem and installed a light fixture in my kitchen.
He was very courteous friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time using your company and it will not be my last. Michael answered any questions I had. I was very impressed he seemed to really care about what he was doing and not just working for a paycheck. Customer satisfaction is a huge asset in a company I believe this employee really did that.
