In one word - AMAZING. From the first phone call (I got a person) onward to the finished job EVERYTHING was wonderful. Cornel himself came to my house and did a fantastic job. We reviewed startling news from City of Hillsboro that we had a water leak. Then we received our monthly billing at 3x the normal amount. Cornel sent out Justin to our home. Justin was very professional and patient with all our questions. After much time and trouble shooting it was determined that the leak was coming from our Sprinkler system. We were able to have a landscape professional fix the problem.

Cornel’s did not charge us anything for the visit but they have earned a lifelong customer. Justin and Cornel’s showed integrity and honesty in dealing with us.

We had the need to verify that all was well with our sewer after another company flagged a root in our sewer drain. The root was found to be very small and Tony and Daniel jumped right on it with good advice. We could have left it but chose to water jet the small root out of the way and the job was finished in no time with a clean bill of health. Thank you!

They did a great job. The drain cleaning was quick and painless. I also love that fact that a human being answers the phone and Jenny does such a terrific job at it, she is so cheerful.

They had a plumbing technician named Justin come out that same week and give us an estimate. We were put to be on the schedule just two days later and got it done that same day! Great service and communication, very professional, on time, honest and transparent with the real service needed. In my case I was 100% sure would have to change the garbage disposal, and Cornel just told me I didn’t need to. This was one of the first times ever I wasn’t pushed to buy something else or spend more money for nothing. Nice experience, way to go!

Replaced my neighbor's sewer. Since they had to dig a deep trench for the job, we let them put the dirt on our concrete driveway. They protected our driveway and landscaping with plywood, cleaned up after themselves, and were extremely friendly and professional throughout the three day process.
