All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Kristen. In January 2022 I had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr Vernon. He answered all my questions before and after surgery and made me feel at ease before my surgery. The day after my surgery Dr Vernon called me to check and ask how I was feeling. You can tell he cares about his patients and their well-being. I would definitely recommend Dr Vernon to my family and friends.
The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Lieberman has been helpful with my pain management through chiropractic adjustments and exercise routines and if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have known that I have another issue that contributes to my pain. I highly recommend this place I believe that the treatment here is helpful.
Front staff greets you with a smile and know the patients by first names. staff is always flexible and accommodate appointments. Cancelation of appointments and rescheduling is hassle free. Amazing billing department that handle all claims and deal with the insurance companies as well. Doctors take their time to analyze approaches to better serve you. They talk to you lots and definitely take their time when taking care of you. Overall I have been going here on a regular basis for over 6yrs and have zero complaints. Definitely recommend them.
Very professional and friendly environment and staff is concerned about my well being. This is what healthcare should be. They rehabilitated my lower back and I'm stinger now than I was before and have incorporated what I learned into my gym routine.
I am not someone who prefers to go to hospital unless it is mandatory. Though I have been to hospitals before, the personal care that each of the staff provides is an awesome experience.
Simple things like every staff knowing every patient's name in itself is a big thing. I know it is not something you cannot scale up when you have a lot more patients, but that is definitely a plus point.
Eachone taking extra care of patients' issues and the smile everybody has is also big plus points. Keep up the good work. I already referred my wife here :-P.
I love Edison comprehensive Medical! I’ve had a tough time dealing with lower back issues, also some neck issues due to a car accident, but after months and weeks of therapy I felt amazing ! Dealing with a rare condition minor CES, Cauda Equina Syndrome, wasn’t easy, typically they do emergency surgery but I opted out and tried physical therapy first, And I’m glad I did! I’m grateful for Edison Comprehensive Medical, they will help anyway they can! They treat everyone like Family!
The staff,chiropractor,physical therapists all are amazing.Reception employee are always ready to help you with your inquires.
If I was able to give 10 stars I would. The overall atmosphere at Comprehensive Medical is unmatched. It started with the front desk, they’re so welcoming and friendly. Kim and Nayla need to be cloned so every medical office can have people like them. I would like to give praise to all the awesome doctors and physical therapist’s I’ve worked with Dr. Lieberman, Dr. Vernon, Dr. Micablo, Preyas and James. I’m glad I chose comprehensive medical for my healing journey.
