It was a great experience as always. Diano is the best, I’m so happy with my hair color. My 5 years old daughter gets her hair cut with him as well and she’s s very happy. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. Definitely 100% recommended. Very cosy ambiance.

I had an amazing facial and massage. It was phenomenal! I felt taken care of the whole time and everyone was so kind.

Went to Ciel Spa this past weekend for my birthday with my friends. We all had services done (facials & massages) and had a private room for us to relax in. They prepared an amazing suite with robes, slippers, champagne, and snacks. I was very pleased with my massage and facial. All the spa staff were very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for an outing or a private service! Thank you :)

What can I say? Ciel Spa is a true experience!!! I went to the Ciel Spa at the SLS Lux and got an ombre done with Diego. Both the experience and the end result were excellent.

As soon as you walk in everyone is super attentive, kind and super friendly in genuine way. The vibe is great!
The amenities are fabulous! They offer you all sorta of beverages, and you can use the pool for free as a client!

Now hair wise, it imagine, i went from black hair to blonde. My hair looked fabulous and healthy. Bleach did not affect my hair one bit. Really appreciate the method in which Diego did my hair.

All in all, I would say it’s a great experience, one I will definitely repeat!

In this location, I found a bunch of charming staff that took care of me from when I stepped in- to when I left the place. You may say, “it is just a massage, a pedicure, or a hair treatment”. But is not only that. Apart they were done brilliantly, I was honestly impressed by the people who did it. Worm souls who helped me relax after a tough week. These people are passionate about their jobs and know that delivering good services is crucial for their success. Well done, guys! I hope to see you next time in the USA

I was searching for a Spa to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday and stumbled upon this place.The whole staff was nice and helpful through the whole experience. Allan was very communicative with us and talked me through what services they provided. It was very calming and therapeutic. Would come back 10/10

Diego was absolutely amazing!!! I am in love with my hair, he did the best job and was so fun & kind. Wesley was also amazing and so accommodating! Best experience I’ve had at a salon yet!! ❤️ I will be a forever customer!
