Oh my God. What an amazing experience and massage I received from Rosana! I had the deep tissue massage, which I must say relieved many of those kinks and knots that were resistant to those at home massages. Rosana’s skills were fantastic and a highly recommended her for your next massage. Also Wesley at the front desk was friendly and attentive despite me being late to my appointment. The ambiance amenities and poolside experience are second to none.

Ciel Spa is a wonderful experience and I visit regularly. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. I always feel super comfortable being there and leave with a positive energy. The treatments are done very professionally and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I can recommend anyone to go try it out, it’s by far the best spa experience in Miami 10/10.

I had an amazing massage with Rossana! She gave me a Swedish massage with hot stones. The massage was so relaxing and I came out feeling completely rejeuvenated! After the massage I rested in the relaxation room with champagne and hot tea. The staff was so wonderful and catered to my every need. I highly recommend this experience!

I can go on and on about my 5 star review. To sum it up Monica has hands of magic. She puts so much love into every client. She gives the best deep tissue massage… since I’m very active // sometimes sore, her strong hands feel great. She also practices reiki on me, whenever I leave a session I feel open minded and relaxed x10. Everyone needs a Monica! She is the best!

My husband and I came here to relax for Miami Spa month and I have to say that Monika and Rosana did not disappoint! They were both thorough about asking our needs. We did the CBD oil and got stones and I recommend to use both for sure when you’re getting your massage. It helps that the SLS is beautiful with amazing amenities. Will definitely be back again soon.

The specialists that did massages and facials were kind, courteous, and professional - why at the same time providing a remarkable service. Ciel spa was amazing. From start to finish it was nothing short of a perfect day at the spa. The spa director, Alan, meticulous planned and curated a birthday celebration for me and my siblings to enjoy. The entire experience was very personalized and the spa services were phenomenal.
