All the food was amazing! Man those rolls couldn't get any better. Steak & lobster were on point. Twice baked potato more than made up for no mashed potatoes to go with the steak. Service at the bar was so quick.
The food is always good. New wait staff but they were on top of things as they always are. Greg and Donavan have it all under control.
My family loves this restaurant! I have eaten at Chris' for 45 years, and it remains my favorite restaurant for steak. The beef is perfectly aged, hand cut, and grilled to perfection. Each steak comes with a couple of complimentary, homemade onion rings. They offer a variety of sides we all enjoy, from vegetables (spinach, asparagus, etc), to at least 3 potato varieties to choose from. The salad bar is fresh and has something for every taste. We love the cheese spread and crackers they provide upon arrival.
The staff is professional and knowledgeable and do not rush you through your meal. We so enjoy Donovan, who is charming, sincere, and sports a GREAT accent; Amanda, one of our favorite servers, is precious, remembers our names, makes great suggestions for everything from cocktails to add-ons, and attends to our table without hovering. Chadwick is poised and also very good, as is Ryan, as are all of the waiters/waitresses at the restaurant.
Greg, the owner, makes rounds to speak to his guests and to ensure everyone is pleased with their meal.
Chris' steak is the best, but beyond that- the personal attention they give every customer makes you feel welcome and wanting to return.
Loved the whole experience! I ordered Mushrooms as an appetizer, prime rib with pilaf rice, and soup.
The mushrooms were very juicy and rich in flavor! The prime rib was cooked to perfection with an amazing flavor. The soup was perfect not to salty. Nilo(My Server) was very respectful and very attentive. My food was brought out fairly quick. The restaurant is very clean. 5 star! Would definitely recommend.
All I can say is WOW! How have I never heard of this hidden gem. Everything from the time we walked in the door until we walked out was perfect. It is was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten hands down. The blue cheese wedge was delicious and so were the onion rings. The service was top notch and we were checked on by not only our waitress several times but the management as well. Our glasses were never empty and the bar service was excellent. I will definitely give this place 5 stars and highly recommend. Cannot wait to return.
My wife and I haven't dined here in a few years. I must say we thoroughly enjoyed our experience this trip. The dining room ambiance is pleasent and conducive to conversation. Our server Amanda, was extremely attentive and professional. Our meals were well prepared and timely in presentation. We enjoyed the blackened chicken with broiled shrimp. The cheesecake here is the best in the region. The Manager Donovan, was attentive and friendly but not to the point of being over-present. Highly recommend Chris's Steakhouse as one of the premier fine dining experiences in Fayetteville.
Every aspect of this restaurant was amazing. Called earlier in the afternoon to make a reservation for that evening. Came in and my table was already ready! Everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious! Wonderful date night for anyone who goes. I'm definitely making this a regular place to go!
First time visiting at the recommendation of a friend. Came on a Wednesday close to opening time and we were immediately seated by the hostess. Our waitress immediately took our drink orders and never let our glasses get close to empty. I ordered the ribeye and sweet potato and a Greek salad. The steak was perfectly medium-rare and had excellent flavor with no need for sauce. The sweet potato came with house-made cinnamon butter which was outstanding. The manager came by to check on us and he seemed sincere and attentive. I will definitely be back.
I'm giving you a 4.star. However the food is sooooooo good your staff are so professional but the 4 is because of the price.
Decided to try this place for the first time last night for my husbands birthday. The service was fantastic we ended up getting an appetizer along with our main entree and their calamari was some of the best I’ve had in awhile. The atmosphere was super quiet and calming. It did seem like the main entree took a little bit longer than other restaurants but I honestly didn’t mind it because we had our appetizer, salads, and the breadsticks crackers and cheese to munch on while waiting and also gave my husband and I time to just relax and talk to each other. We did have one small mishap with our meal but they went above and beyond to help with the issue without us even asking. We’ve been here only a few months and its nice to actually have a nice restaurant to go to that isn’t a drive since we used to have to drive and hour plus to get some good steak and sea food. Hopefully we get to go back in a couple weeks for my birthday
