Carmel Pediatrics, PA

I have been going to Dr. Dickinson for 14 years. She has treated my 2 children. I like it because she speaks my language and that way I can express myself and get rid of all my doubts. The other advantage I see is that when you call, they answer you right away, they do not put you on hold audio or anything like that they answer the calls I love the way they help you I do not change it to Doctor Ada Dickinson I am super happy and content with her service !!

Tengo 14 anos que voy con la doctora Dickinson ella a tratado a mis 2 hijos me gusta porque habla mi idioma y así me puedo expresar y salir de todas mis duda la otra ventaja que veo es que cuando tú llamas te responden en seguida no te ponen audio de espera ni nada de eso ellos atienden las llamadas me encanta la forma que te ayudan no la cambio a Doctora Ada Dickinson estoy súper feliz y contenta con su servicio !!

he treatment of the Doctor is not the best, I consider that she was not kind to my son, she gave my son 3 vaccines, and his arm is red, swollen, hot (it may be normal), call the office to indicate what is happening in my son's arm, and they told me they would call me and they still haven't, I really don't recommend this Doctor, she lacks charisma since she is going to treat children!! El trato de la Doctora no es el mejor, considero que no fue amable con mi hijo le colocó 3 vacunas a mi hijo, y su brazo esta rojo, hinchado, caliente ( puede ser normal ) llame a la oficina para indicar lo que pasa en el brazo de mi hijo, y me indicaron me llamarían y aún no lo hacen, la verdad no recomiendo esta Doctora le falta carisma ya que va a tratar a niños !! Gracias

Horrible place full of incompetent staff. Just moved to Charlotte and chose this place hoping to find a great pediatrician for my kids. Big mistake. The doctor was rude and the front desk staff couldn't send my sons referral documents to the correct location or the correct fax number even though I've given them the correct number twice.

I don't care for the doctor being pushy on my child getting certain immunizations & trying to sneak them in! Luckily I was in the room with my child!
