BHP Windows & Doors | Impact Resistant Products & Installation

I heard about BHP from a colleague who used them. He and his wife gave a glowing review. I asked if I could come by and look around at the new windows. Being a person who sees all flaws, I must say I was very impressed by the quality of the installation. I then look up reviews on the internet and wasn’t sure what to make of everyone doling out 5 stars.

Anyway, I decided to call for an estimate. Yordes and another gentleman arrived on-time for their appointment and spent about an hour looking over the house. Suggestions were made and advice offered on the best way to approach installing hurricane windows on a 45 year old house. Yordes was very knowledgeable, listened well, and clearly explained our options in a professional, non-aggressive manner. I truly appreciated he didn’t try to put the “hard sell” on us.

Next, we visited the showroom for further discussions. Paperwork for permits and engineering orders were started at this point.

The quote for the job was not the cheapest, however I felt the slightly high price was going to be the cost of getting a high-quality installation, and that was the case.

Prior to installation Yordes regularly provided updates on the permit and the progress of the windows being produced at the factory. Communicating with him was never an issue.

The windows arrived approximately 9 weeks later and the installation process began. We were told in advance the installation process would be a dusty mess, however it wasn’t all that bad (they were good about covering our belongings). The installation took about 6 days. During that time Yordes and Yoan came by almost every day to check on the job. The installer (Javier) did a great job and showed respect for our house (never made a mess, cleaned up at the end of each day, vacuumed where necessary).

In the end I was very satisfied with the work BHP did and highly recommend their services. They provide clean, professional hurricane window installation and deliver what they promise. Count us in as also giving BHP 5 stars.

Oh Lord, How can I start?

Well, let me see how can I put so much in so little.
The moment I got into the beautiful showroom and office of BHP Windows & Doors, I was received with the most cordial and most friendly attention that a customer can receive when walking into a store.

The receptionist was eager to help me out and immediately I was on the way to be helped. In about two minutes that went by, I was approached by the owner who cordially welcomed me and invited me to step into his office for further help. I explained what I needed for my house, and he then started working on some drawings to present to me. He then explained to me the warranty and technical aspects of the Windows and Doors, and lastly a price quote for the purchase.

I have to say that I was shopping around for impact windows and doors for a while, I had about five previous quotes from other vendors, however, for some reason or another and I only think that I was driven by God to BHP Windows & Doors, walking out of there with the best price.

Even with the pandemic in full effect, I was promised an estimated delivery and installation date, and boy promises were kept. Though out the entire waiting process which was not long, one of the BHP selling team members named Gio was constantly calling me letting me know where the process was, and lastly with a delivery date and installation.
Gio is one of the most professional, courteous, and the most friendly sales representatives I have ever met.

The installation day came, a crew of installers took my home for good assault, took care of every detail such as covering my furniture for dust, etc., they altered whatever need it to be altered, then repaired whatever they rip in order for the installation to be a success as if it was new, and before I knew it, all my windows and doors were beautifully installed.

Cannot have other words to praise this company and its entire staff. I strongly recommend this company for its professionalism, courtesy, commitment, pricing, and excellent work.

Very satisfied with the work of BHP especially with the seller Alejandro Navarro, he always kept me up to date, always ready always ready for any questions I had in the process. Like the very professional installers doing a great job. Thank you all.

Quality in all they do. My entire experience from day one when Ricel, the salesperson, came to discuss my needs until project completion has been outstanding. Ricel provided unbelievable customer service throughout the entire project. Answered all follow up questions via phone or text, even after working hours. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service throughout the entire length of the project. The installers were superb. Installation was perfect. They also covered all furniture and cleaned up debris. They actually cared about not damaging walls and area around windows and door.Top quality product, delivered and installed perfectly without any delays from estimated time. Competitive pricing, superb installation/finishes and reasonable timing for project completion. Excellent product and very good execution. Installation was done professionally and installers worked with me to ensure safety measures were followed during COVID times. They were careful to not cause any damage during installation and were very detail oriented throughout the complete process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get impact doors and windows done the right way.

My husband and I were completely satisfied and very happy with the installation of impact windows and doors by BHP. The level of professionalism by both the sales person and the installers was excellent. We included the garage door and permits etc. were all handled by them. The quality of the product, the installation, the timeliness of the work and transparency of the process were all great! All timelines were met and again the installation was done professionally with a focus on quality and cleanliness. We should have done this many years ago - we love the look and the security plus the quietness that we are now experiencing inside the house! Thank you BHP!!
