As we didn't have much time, we chose to pay $10 to have our clothes the next day. But you can also choose to request the recovery/cleaning and return delivery service and in this case they will pick them up and bring them back to your hotel or airbnb directly.

The cost is calculated by weight, and it is much cheaper than the dry cleaning service offered by the hotel.

Comme on n’avait pas beaucoup de temps, on a choisi de payer 10$ pour avoir nos vêtements le lendemain. Mais vous pouvez aussi choisir de demander le service de récupération/ nettoyage et livraison retour et dans ce cas-là ils viennent les prendre et les rapporter à votre hôtel ou airbnb directement.

Le coût est calculé au poids, et c’est bien moins cher que le service de dry cleaning proposé par l’hôtel.

I’ve been using this cleaners for a couple months now since I moved here from Denver. I love the pick up and delivery service, it is a life saver especially being a working professional. But what keeps me coming back is the quality of their work. They've done a great job removing so many stains I had in my dress shirts and my clothes comes back looking better than before. Its the finer details that really stand out to me, as I've noticed they also remove loose threads / tighten loose buttons. What is especially outstanding is that their communication is phenomenal. The girls at the front always call or email me if there is a repair that I am unaware of or a follow up to something I had previously asked. It really seems that they love what they do and value customer service. I will continue using this great service as long as I am in LA.

I experienced a mostly great first time service. I dropped off three dresses on a Sunday, Fatimah was easy to work with and made me feel extra welcome as a new customer. The prices are quite reasonable for organic laundering. I was able to pick up my dry cleaning, curbside, only a few days later and love the reusable garment bag! (Hooray for less single-use plastic!!) My only critique is that one of my dresses was returned in a clip hanger and the clips left obvious indentions in the fabric. It’s at the top of the dress, which is sleeveless, and so quite noticeable. I’m trying to smooth it out by hand...we’ll see. Anyway, I will try this business again.
UPDATE: Because the business owner offered, I brought my dress back and Bee Organic Dry Cleaners re-pressed it and made it a truly sharp and impeccably clean garment again. I picked it up -- curbside again -- yesterday and am totally satisfied with this business. Thanks Fatimah!

Great neighborhood dry cleaners with free or $3 delivery service to DTLA addresses. Plus, (unlike most other dry cleaners I’ve used) when I use a reusable dry cleaning bag, Bee Organic does not include those superfluous clear plastic bags, which saves me time and eliminates unnecessary waste. All the above has made me a repeat customer!

If you’re taking the Metro, it’s just a short walk from Pico Station.

Everyone here is amazing, punctual upon pick ups and drop offs, and super friendly. Thank you for always having a smile!
