As someone who does not care for exercise, I am SO happy to have found barre3! The instructors are kind, supportive, and encouraging. The workout is tough but fun - it makes me feel so strong! The space is so clean and bright. I highly recommend barre3!

Barre3 is a very welcoming, encouraging, environment. I have been going consistently for a year and i could not be happier with how it has empowered my body, spirit and mind. I cant recommend this studio high enough for what they have given to me.

Everything! The workout and the community are absolutely my favorite and I must have it in my life at least 3 times a week!!
Barre3 is so much fun because of the fabulous instructors and the music!
I really enjoyed the way Natasha thoroughly explained positions to relieve stress or tension in areas that I normally feel whenever I try workouts. I also enjoyed her direction and encouragement and making the experience fun and exciting. Can’t wait to come back!
This is my favorite studio to visit when I travel to Louisville from out of town. Everyone is kind, teachers are friendly and knowledgable, and the space is gorgeous. I’ve enjoyed classes virtually during the stay-at-home orders and I look forward to the next time I can practice in studio with everyone.
