Staff is helpful and friendly. Nice seating at the Starbucks located inside. Best Barnes and Noble in North Austin. They should increase the seating on the second floor with table and chair as they used to had before the pandemic.
I love this place. It is two stories full of goodies and they usually have more inventory than the other locations near me. When I search for availability of books to purchase in store, the arboretum usually has it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very organized.

A great selection of books and employees are knowledgeable of the location of books when you need assistance.
We found a wide range of books from Manga to History to Sci-fi fantasy to peak our interests. The board game section was really good. The cafe was well stocked for our lunch time visit.
I love this B&N. It's so big! Knowledgeable staff. And they have been great when I've done a pick-up order. Two floors!
I enjoy visiting book stores. This one had alot of displays of books that were interesting to see. I didn't have much time to look around bit they had lots of books to choose from. I was in serious pursuit of Ideas and Discovery magazine and I could not find it. I missed a few months and hoped to find it in my travels. I appreciate the vast amount of material they carry here. Good stop.
Great service... but non french books for kids
The IT section is becoming smaller and smaller as the years are passing by. I guess we should all order books online.
I received great advices on what books to pick for my daughter.
Was just browsing and stumbled across a bogo 1/2 off sale. Took my books to the counter and they rang up at full price. I explained I picked up the books off the sales table and the employee put in the discount. Excellent customer service!
Better than Cedar Parks for music volume and style at the least. Still shut off the water fountains with employees wearing masks, hasn't anyone told them covid is gone?
Decent selection but like all the rest, no used book section, wish it were physically available in their stores!
