Emily's Daily Astro & Kundalini class is powerful, enjoyable and filled with good vibes. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience faff and dogma free kundalini. It was a breath of fresh air.
I love this yoga studio! I've been coming here for about a year now and I've never had a bad class experience. Their vinyasa classes are amazing, but I also love that they have restorative classes as well with sound healing (the gong is a magical experience).
The staff is incredibly friendly. Shaun-Meghan, Kiara and Pamela are my favorites!
The studio is always super clean, and they also have free parking which is a rare find in LA. Definitely recommend.
I absolutely love this yoga studio! I've been attending classes here for about 6 months and I've never been to a bad class. They are all somehow perfectly fulfilling without being unnecessarily hard or intimidating. I always feel so much better after going to a class here and I look forward to going every week.
Just moved into WeHo and one of the most important things for me is finding the right Yoga studio. After one class at Astro I knew it was the place for me and I signed up for 12 months off the bat. Love it. Yoga is fantastic, and complement of the sound baths / classes is phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Genuinely might be the best yoga class I’ve done in LA. It felt like a real experience. Beautiful space, amazing Vinyasa teacher and use of lighting and music. Also the sound bath at the end was a really nice touch. ?
I have taken a few Hatha Yoga classes with Meghan and they have all been amazing. She is personable and no one class is exactly the same. The studio spaces are relaxing and smell of calming incense. It is exactly what I was looking for!
Everyone was extremely kind. I haven’t been to a yoga class in two years and the instructor was very nurturing and made me/everyone feel comfortable. Definitely will be back.
Pamela was amazing! Her flow was challenging yet surprisingly centering. Astro Gong Yoga may be my new favorite place to practice yoga.
It was a wonderfully spacious, clean and a modern studio space to do yoga ~ nice pillows and blocks. The teacher was great ~ my first experience so I will continue my journey here.
Peaceful environment and v clean big studio. immaculate is a good word. the class was v focused and thorough. I felt stronger and more centered when I left. teacher was knowledgeable and a good guide! There is a parking garage which is great! They validate!
