502 Power Yoga is a home away from home! I wait for the sweet embrace of the lavender towel at the end of practice, but all the fire and passion that the instructors bring is what keeps me coming back for more!
I love every class at 502! I moved to Louisville from Seattle and Chicago, where I had some amazing yoga studios, and by far 502 is my favorite. The teachers are all amazing, the space is great and easy to get to, and they have a lot of options for class packages based on your budget. There is a community feel to the place, and it’s got a great energy.
The classes are great for all levels, the teachers are great about giving options. You won’t be disappointed with any class here!

I have constant low back pain and Achilles tendinitis and the class felt great on both! The instructor was amazing on letting me notify as i needed to until I can get more use to their pace. Everyone was very welcoming…!
